All sales are final due to hygiene purposes and/or custom nature of items.

If you have any questions or concerns about an order, you can contact us at shininglittlethings@outlook.com. You can also send a private message through SLT on Facebook or Instagram. Items sent back to us without communication first will not be accepted.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at  shininglittlethings@outlook.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
